Partner Program Terms

1. What you earn

Calyx pays you 30% of the net revenue we actually collect from every paying customer who signs up via your unique referral link, for 12 monthsfrom that customer's first paid invoice. If the customer upgrades, downgrades, or buys token packs during that window, your 30% applies to each charge proportionally — we take whatever Stripe tells us was paid and multiply.

2. Attribution

Attribution is first-touch. The first partner whose link a user hits before they sign up gets the credit. Self-referral is not allowed — you won't earn on an account opened with your application email. Existing Calyx users aren't attributable.

3. Payout timing

• Every paid invoice creates a pending commission that's held for 14 days before it's marked approved — this covers Calyx's 14-day refund window.
• On the 1st of each month we batch every approved commission from the previous month into a single payout.
• The minimum payout is $50. Below that, the balance rolls to the next month.
• Payouts are sent via Stripe Connect Express. You'll complete a short Stripe onboarding (identity verification, bank details) after approval — Calyx never sees your bank account.

4. Refunds and clawback

If a referred customer is refunded inside Calyx's 14-day refund window, the pending commission for that invoice is deleted— you never had it in your pocket and we never take it back out. For refunds outside that window (e.g. chargebacks), Calyx reserves the right to deduct the commission from your next payout. We'll always email you first.

5. What you can't do

• No paid ads using the “Calyx” brand name, trademark, or any variant we could confuse with our own marketing.
• No coupon / cashback aggregators, no bait-and-switch landing pages, no domain squatting.
• No cookie stuffing, iframe-loading, or automated / botted traffic. We reconcile traffic to conversions; anomalies get paused.
• No claims about Calyx's features that aren't true. “This writes scripts in your voice” — true. “This guarantees a million views” — not true.

Breaches void pending commissions and may result in account termination. We'll talk to you first — this is a human program.

6. Taxes

You're an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes. US-based partners who earn over $600 in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC from Stripe Connect or from Calyx. Non-US partners are responsible for any local tax obligations on income received.

7. Changes and termination

Either party can end this agreement at any time with email notice. On termination, we'll pay out any approved balance above $50 on the next monthly cycle. We may change the commission rate or duration for new referrals at any time; existing referrals keep whatever rate + duration was in effect when they signed up.

8. Everything else
